Return Conditions

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to return it.

Products must be undamaged, unused and with all accessories and original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or is damaged in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Instructions for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, you may contact us at fdgvngs@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items will not be accepted without first requesting a return. You may contact us anytime at fdgvngs@gmail.com with any questions regarding returns.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Return Process

Once the product has been received and its condition confirmed, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 working days.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is factory defective or damaged during shipping.
